| 摘 要： | 根据人眼玻璃体中钾离子的含量随着死亡时间延长而增加的规律,用最小二乘法处理得出五种不同环境条件下的全部离子含量与死亡时间之关系函数;并采用离子选择性电极和微机技术,研制成实用性的人体死亡时间测定仪。本文阐述最小二乘法的优化算法、仪器的测量原理、系统组成和软件配置,并给出试验结果及误差分析。
