高职院校顶岗实习柔性管理的途径分析

摘    要:为有效推进工学结合,高职院校顶岗实习管理应由刚性管理向以人为本、倡导主动适应变化、利用变化以提高自身在动态环境下竞争的柔性管理转变。根据柔性管理的特征,并以广东交通职业学院为例,提出以权变理论为管理依托、以人本管理为工作核心、以市场需求为管理导向的顶岗实习柔性管理分析。

Abstract:In order to carry out study-work combination, the post practice management of higher vocational colleges should change from "rigid management" to people-oriented "flexible management" which advocates adapting to change and making use of changes on their own initiative to improve the competition under dynamic environment. This article, according to the characteristics of flexible management, suggests that flexible management be carried on by taking contingency theory as the backing, taking people-oriented management as the working core and taking market demand as the direction, and introduces the flexible management practice in Guangdong Communications Polytechnic.
