新型三角转子机构的探索

摘    要:论述去掉三角转子机构中的相位齿轮,获得一种新型三角转子机构后,仍能保持原来的公转自转速比;推出新型结构状态的扭矩方程T=f(a)的表达式;分析定子起凸轮作用时的受力状况;新转子机构可推广应用的领域。最后,作为引例,介绍了根据上述理论设计的低速大扭矩液压马达。

Approach to a New Triangular Rotor

Abstract:It has been shown in the paper that the ratio of rotation rate to cycal rate of a triangular rotor remains unchanged after the phase-gear in its original structure was removed. The torque equation and its expression T=f(x) of the new triangular rotor are deduced. The forces acting on the stator when it plays the role as a cam are analysed herein. The expandable fields of application of this rotor are also introduced. Finally, as an example, a low-speed high-torque hydromotor based on the above mentioned theory is highlighted.
