| 摘 要： | 文章介绍晋煤集团成庄矿通过多年实践对综掘设备的供电系统（包括动力电和风机专用线）、工作面供风系统、SGW-40T溜子、AM50综掘机和与综掘机配套的650转载溜子等成套设备进行改造，提高了设备综合生产能力，减少了机电事故，延长了设备使用寿命，节约了检修成本，总结出一套适合本矿区煤质赋存条件的综掘设备配套方案和生产工艺，为建设高产、高效生产矿井提供了设备保障。

| Abstract: | This article has introduced the transformation of the power supply system, the air supply for the workface, SG - dOT scraper - trough conveyer, AM50 integrated ttmnel borer and 650 transition semper - trough conveyer matching the borer made in Chengzhuang Coal Mine of Shanxi Coal Group over the years. The transformation have improved the comprehensive production capacity, reduced electromechanical accidents, lengthened the service life of equipment and saved maintenance cost, with techniques and matching plans for integrated tunneling equipment suitable for the local conditions, which may provide equipment guarantee for efficient production. |
