| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Mikroglaselektroden wurden im rasterelektronenmikroskopischen Dunkelfeld transmissionsoptisch ohne Metallbeschichtung untersucht, wobei die Elektroden nicht beschädigt werden und für physiologische Ableitungen wieder benützt werden können.
