| Abstract: | Based upon the theory and the method of software engineering, this paper expounds the organization of system analysts and introduces the method to develop the system analysis of the net management information system (MIS) in the middle-small enterprise. The article also put forward some matters needing attention for the system analysts at the beginning of system analysis. |
