| 摘 要： | 中国最早的新闻公报，产生于唐朝，称为“朝报”。随着地方割据势力的壮大，产生了“邸报”，“朝报”由中央政府颁布，“邸报”则是各地进奏官向所在地区节度史的汇报材料。至宋朝“朝报”和“邸报”均根据中央政府审定的内容传报，并由进奏院抄传四方，但二者仍有不同。

| Abstract: | Zhaobao,the earliest newspaper in China,emerges from Tang dynasty.And the expansion of local separatist force attributes to the forming of Dibao.While Zhaobao is issued by the central government,Dibao, which is submitted to local military commissioner,turns to be a report.Until Song dynasty,both Zhaobao and Dibao is examined and approved by the central government and published by the contemporary news agency. |
