| 摘 要： | 过大量实验的探索，对依特赖莱的合成反应条件作了改进：反应在10±5℃条件下进行，用吡啶代替三乙胺作催化剂。在此条件下依特赖莱的产率由文献报导的70％提高到84％。

| Abstract: | IN thls paper, a novel synthetic procedure'was described for eterylate fr0m salicylic acidand para -acetaminophenol (paracetanol). The synthetic yield for eterylate was increasedfrom 7O% of the reported ordinary procedure to 84% by the present method. |
