摘    要:概述了高效毛细管电泳的各种进样方式,提出利用电迁移法作为高效毛细管电泳进样方式时,各种因素(如施加电压、进样时间、样品浓度)对分离效率和重现性的影响,并对上述因素进行选择性实验。在优化的实验条件下所得实验结果令人满意。

Abstract:Electric Migntion was suggested as a sample intnduction methed in high perfomance capillary electrophoresis. The influences of operation conditions, such as, injection time, applied voltage and Sampleconcentration, on separation efficiency and repetition rate were investigated. Selective cxperiments weredone. Satisfactory results were got with optimum conditions.
