微波协同活性炭法处理造纸黑液的研究

摘    要:以颗粒活性炭为催化剂,运用微波协同氧化工艺对造纸黑液进行处理并对其结果进行分析,考察活性炭用量、微波辐射功率,微波辐射时间等对黑液处理效果的影响.结果表明:微波协同活性炭处理造纸黑液效果比较理想,其影响顺序为辐射功率>活性炭用量>辐射时间,最佳的工艺条件:微波辐射700 W,辐射8 min,活性炭用量8 g,黑液的色度去除率稳定达到94%.

Abstract:By using granular activated carbon as catalyst,papermaking black liquid was treated using the technology of microwave radiation,and the results were analyzed.The effects of active carbon dosage,microwave power,irradiation time on the treatment were studied,and the effect order was microwave power > active carbon dosage > irradiation time.The optimum treating conditions were radiation power 700 W,active carbon dosage 8 g,reaction time 8 min.And the gradation removal ratio was stabilized at 94%.
