| 摘 要： | 结合应用软件开发项目监理的内容和流程,从应用软件开发项目质量角度,将ISO 9000和CMM两套标准体系进行比较、归纳、抽取出实现应用软件开发项目监理可参照的规范,并应用在我国信息系统工程监理实践中是一种可行的解决方案.

| Abstract: | On the analysis and comparison ISO9000 with CMM,it concludes the reference standard of applied software development project surveillance combining the content and workflow of applied software development project surveillance .It is feasible to apply the standard to the information system project surveillance. |
