| 摘 要： | 西部地区是一个特殊的人地关系地域系统，正确认识西部地区人地关系中存在的突出矛盾是十分必要的，加快基础设施建设和生态环境建设，大力发展科技教育，积极调整产业结构，是因地制宜实施西部大开发战略的重要举措。

| Abstract: | West China is a regional system with special human nature relationships.So it is of great importance to have a clear knowledge of the prominent problems in that human nature relationships in this regions.Accelerating the construction of infrastructure facilities and ecological environment,enhancing the improvement of science,technology and education,and restructuring industries are the most significant measures to carry out the strategy of large scale development in the western region. |
