光引发聚合在高性能MAA/AN/AM共聚物泡沫塑料制备过程中的应用

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯腈(AN)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,通过自由基本体聚合与加热自由发泡的方式制备出了一种高性能MAA/AN/AM共聚物泡沫塑料.研究了光引发预聚对其力学及工艺性能的影响.结果表明:在MAA/AN/AM共聚物泡沫塑料的制备中,光引发聚合只适合用作预聚反应;较热引发预聚,光引发预聚具有速度快、反应程度易于控制的优点;它不仅可以有效地消除MAA/AN/AM共聚物内部的缺陷,使其均一、透明、稳定,从而使相应泡沫塑料的拉伸强度得到一定的提高,而且还可以有效消除泡沫塑料的泡孔孔径梯度分布的现象,使其真正达到各向同性.

Abstract:Using methacrylic acid(MAA),acrylonitrile(AN) and acrylamide(AM) as monomers,a sort of high-performance MAA/AN/AM ternary copolymer foam plastic is prepared by means of the radical bulk copolymerization and freely heating foaming.The effects of the photoinitiation precopolymerization on the mechanical and technological performances of the foam plastic are researched.The results show that in the preparation of MAA/AN/AM copolymer foam plastic,the photoinitiation copolymerization is only suitable to be used as the prepolymerization reaction,and compared with thermalinitiation prepolymerization,it is faster and more easily to be controlled.The photoinitiation prepolymerization can not only eliminate the inner defects of the foam plastic,make it homogeneous,transparent and stable,and therefore improve its tensile strength,but also effectively eliminate the size inhomogeneity of the bubbles in the foam plastic to make it isotropy.
