| 摘 要： | 自我陶冶是教师自我发展的一个必不可少的重要途径。教师随着教育实践经验的积累，也伴随着人格特质的提升。在这个过程中，不能没有教师自觉的自我陶冶的教育过程。不管是通过情操的陶冶，美化了心灵；还是通过性情的陶冶，提高了心理素质，都有自我陶冶发展作用的痕迹，或者体现了自我陶冶的发展功能。

| Abstract: | Self moulding is an important and necessary channel for the teacher's self development. In the process of accumulating his teaching experience and improving his personal quality, the teacher cannot do without conscious self moulding. The trace or development function of self moulding can be found either in enriching his soul by moulding his values or in improving his mental quality by moulding his temperament. |
