企业集成创新网络效应的实证研究

基于企业集成创新网络、企业集成创新能力、企业创新绩效的关系视角，用实证的方法探讨了集成创新网络效应问题。以调查问卷为工具，调查了76家企业，建构并验证了企业集成创新能力评价指标的构建效度；对企业集成创新网络、集成创新能力以及创新绩效进行了相关检验和回归分析。结果显示，企业通过与包括客户、供应商、相关企业、大学、政府等外部组织的联结建立的企业集成创新网络结构能够极大地促进企业集成创新能力的提高，进而提高企业的创新绩效。

Empirical Study on Effect of Enterprise Integrated Innovation Network

An empirical testing of theoretical relationship is given among the structure of enterprise integrated innovation networks, the capability of enterprise integrated ir/novation and the Innovation Performance, following by survey of 76 enterprises, factor analysis of the abilit of the integrated innovation of the mediating variables. The construct validity of the evaluation of integrated innovation capability of enterprises is introduced and verified. Corresponding examination and regression analysis on enterprise integrated innovation network, enterprise integrated innovation capability and innovation performance are given . The empirical studies indicates that enterprise integrated innovation networks which linked by enterprises and the external organizations, including related businesses, universities, government and so on, can contribute greatly to the promotion of enterprise integrated innovation capabilities, thus improving the innovation performance of enterprises.
