沟头煤矿顺层抽放钻孔改进技术

摘    要:全面分析了沟头煤矿C5301工作面顺层抽放钻孔封孔工艺中存在的问题,找出了封孔深度太短和封孔不严是影响抽放率不佳的真正原因。针对这些原因进行了封孔工艺的改造,并在C5302工作面进行了试验,取得了较好的抽放效果,达到了防止煤与瓦斯突出的效果。为同类型条件下的瓦斯抽采工艺提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The problems of sealing technique of hole drilled along seam in C5301 coal face of Goutou coal mine are analysed. The short seal- ing depth and sealing holes leakage are found to be the reasons. Aiming at these reasons, the sealing technique is reformed and then tested in C5302 coal face. The better drainage effect is achieved, with gas and coal outbursts prevented, providing reference for gas drainage technique in the same condition.
