| 摘 要： | 在考察中国１８个沿海城市的区位特征和战略地位的基础上，针对２１世纪世界发展的新态势，提出沿海港口城市应根据自己概况胡定城市囤不同水平的战略目标，原则上都应紧坚持港留立市、科教兴市、生态建市和依法和治市四大战略方针，在推进经济外向化、经济一体化、产业结构高级化方面采取一系列具有可操作性的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Since 1980, Chinese coastal port cities have made good opportunities because of initiating economic special regions and opening to foreign countries. They have promoted swift economic growth throughout the country. When the 21st century comes, what kind of development strategies should these coastal port cities take to challenge the future age and to continuously act as the main power in promoting Chinese economic development? It is a task with practical significance and profound strategic significance. |
