| Abstract: | Conversing the existing line block has the characteristics involving short construction time,intensive labor,high standards,more control parts.To the external,it is necessary to make co-ordination with various units including the party,design,supervision units.To the internal,it is necessary to complete with the professional support.Only do the construction preparation work well,the smooth construction and successful completion of the construction blockade can be ensured. |
