| 摘 要： | 三坐标测量机(CMM)以其测量精度高、稳定性好、操作方便快捷的特点广泛的被应用。但是在使用三坐标测量机测量有些几何要素时,有时测量准确度不是很高。文章对坐标测量原理进行简述,重点分析三坐标测量机测球直径的校正与误差。

| Abstract: | Coordinate measuring machines(CMM)is widely applied for its features of high accuracy,good stability and convenient operation.However,when using the coordinate measuring machine to measure some geometric elements,sometimes the measurement accuracy is not very high.The article briefly analyzes the coordinate measuring principle,and focuses on the correction and error of CMM measuring the ball diameter. |
