摘    要:随着国家对基础建设的大力推进,建筑行业竞争也无可避免地愈演愈烈。人力资源是企业最宝贵的资源,国有建筑施工企业人才的流失直接导致企业人才结构出现断层。这种情况的出现严重制约了企业的发展,削弱了企业的竞争力。文章依据人才需求特点,审视国有建筑施工企业人才管理的现状,分析人才流失的原因,提出吸引和留住人才的相应对策。
