评价砂轮硬度的新方法

摘    要:砂轮硬度是直接影响磨削效果的一个重要因素,因而对于砂轮硬度的测定方法研究颇多。作者从砂轮定义出发,对目前广泛使用的四种测定砂轮硬度的方法作了评论,认为现行的测定方法,属静态测量,与实际情况不符,测定的数据不能准确反映砂轮的真实硬度。为了克服现行方法的局限性,在理论分析的基础上.提出了以修整力作为评价砂轮硬度的新方法,它具有动态测量的特性,更接近砂轮硬度的定义,更接近磨削的实际情况。实验结果和理论分析吻合,显示了优越性。

Abstract:Wheel hardness is an important factor relating to grinding effect. Many of its measuring methods have been recently researched. According to wheel definition, the authors review four of them being used now. As static measurements, they do not conform with actual conditions so the measured data are not exact. To remedy the defects of present methods,the authors put forward a new one by dressing force on basis of theoretical analyses. It has a bynamic measuring performance,closer to definition of wheel hardness and actual grinding condition. Experimental results conform well to theoretical analyses.
