长期低强度有氧运动对中老年韧带松弛的恢复状况研究

摘    要:目的:研究长期低强度有氧运动对中老年韧带松弛恢复状况的影响。方法:选择某大型综合医院骨科20名符合标准的中老年患者作为研究对象,随机将其划分成有氧运动组和对照组,有氧运动组受试者进行12周低强度有氧运动,对照组在实验期间不进行任何运动,饮食与有氧运动组相同。结果:对照组受试者体成分各项指标实验前后无显著性差异(P>0.05);有氧运动组受试者体重、BMI与对照组和实验前相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),体脂百分比和VO2max与对照组和实验前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。经10周低强度有氧运动训练后,有氧运动组韧带紧张度明显优于对照组,有氧运动组ADT和Lachman2度与3度例数明显低于实验前和对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);有氧运动组ADT和Lachman1度例数明显低于实验前和对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01),有氧运动组IKDC评分、Lysholm评分和ROM评分明显高于实验前和对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:长期低强度有氧运动有助于中老年韧带松弛的恢复。

Low intensity aerobic exercise for a long time the status of study of middle-aged and old ligamentous laxity
Abstract:objective: to study the long-term low intensity aerobic exercise on middle-aged and old ligament relaxation effect of recovery.Methods: to choose a large general hospital orthopedic 20 standard elderly patients as the research object, randomly divided into its aerobic exercise group and the control group, aerobic exercise group for 12 weeks low intensity aerobic exercise, control group without any movement during the experiment, the same diet and aerobic exercise group.Results: the control group subjects body composition before and after the experiment the indicators there was no significant difference (P > 0.05);Aerobic exercise group participants" body weight, BMI and the control group compared with the experiment before there was no significant difference (P > 0.05), body fat percentage and VO2max compared with control group and experiment before there are significant differences (P < 0.05).After 10 weeks of low intensity aerobic exercise training, ligament tension aerobic exercise group was obviously superior to the control group.ADT and Lachman2 aerobic exercise group and 3 degrees were significantly lower than before the experiment and the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05);The ADT and Lachman1 occuring aerobic exercise group was obviously lower and the control group before the experiment, has very significant difference (P < 0.01).Aerobic exercise group IKDC scores, Lysholm scale and ROM score significantly higher than before the experiment and the control group, with very significant difference (P < 0.01).Conclusion: long-term low intensity aerobic exercise can help the recovery of senile ligamentous laxity.
