| Abstract: | This paper probes into the original multi-purpose scheme and original multi-purpose plus flood-discharge tunnel scheme for the danger-eliminating and reinforcing project of Houwan Reservoir, and through the comprehensive analysis on the engineering geology, construction condition, operation management, and construction investment, etc., selects finally the original multi-purpose scheme. |
