| 摘 要： | 为构建系统可靠性模式,提出了对系统工作电磁环境处理方案的任务及目标,确定系统联合作用的基本点,并对设备电磁兼容性品质因数进行检查。工程与设计部门应通过对电磁兼容性问题的分析和预测提出基本要求及模拟工作的电磁环境,制定和修改设备规范。通过系统可靠性模式示例,为通信运营商在保障通信、运营维护、设备生产等方面提出了可供参考的新思路。
