| 摘 要： | 城市边缘地带是一个全新的地域组织单元,它的出现使城乡二元结构转化为三元结构。本文以西安城市边缘带南段部分为例,分析归纳该区域内土地利用现状、存在问题、造成原因等。并指出该区域土地达到可持续性利用目的应采取的措施。

| Abstract: | Urban fringe is a new organizational unit area,which enable the emergence of urban-rural dual structure into three structures.Based on the edge of the city of Xi'an with some of the southern section,for example,analysis of the region into land use,there are problems and causes.And pointed out that land in the region to achieve the purpose of sustainable use of measures to be taken. |
