| 摘 要： | 360度考核法是全方位、多角度的考核方法,被很多知名企业绩效考核运用,目前许多高校针对教师的考核也采用此法.文章从高校教师考核中存在的普遍问题着手,提出应提倡同事、学生、教研室主任、所在校教评委、教师本人五方面对教师进行360度考核.为了考核的公正性,第三方匿名评审也应作为360度考核的辅助方式.

| Abstract: | 360 degree appraisal,the method of all-direction and many-angle,which is used in many famous enterprises.At present,a lot of colleges and universities also adopt this method for the teacher appraisal.This article,beginning with the universal problem in teacher appraisal of university,suggests that we should advocate the colleague,the student,faculty working office director,the appraisal committee,the teacher-self five aspects to appraise the teacher.Moreover,in order to examine fairly,the third party anonymous appraisal should also act as the auxiliary ways of 360 degree appraisal. |
