| Abstract: | This paper compares the institutional economics thoughts of Veblen and Marx from aspects of the theoretical origins and the analyzing methods, and points out that although the two sides have bigger differences in aspects of the theoretical origins and analyzing methods, they have something merged each other, and Marx's economic thought opened the wider way out and field for the development of the early system economics. |
