| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the importance and necessity of breaking new paths of developing the archival cause under the guidance of the concept of the scientific development under the new situation, and points out that doing well the archival work must persist in the people-based principle, put the service onto the first place of the development of the archival cause, and strengthen the construction of the archival informatization, and carry out the archival talents strategy. |
