| 摘 要： | 提出了在摩擦理论的研究中出现的与欧拉－加仑定律相反的现象，以及多年所做实验结果。论述了研究静，动摩擦系数的关系在当今某些领域中的意义，使人们更好地了解古典摩擦理论的适用范围与它的局限性。

| Abstract: | It is arised a new phenomenon that is appeared during the research of friction theory and is reverse to Euler Coulomb's Friction Law. It also presented results of many years experiences, discussed the importance of the research to the relation between static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient. It makes us to have a better understanding to the application and limitation of classic friction theory. |
