Statistical Analysis of Infrastructure Investment Composition in China

The great change of the infrastructure investment composition in China is illustrated directly by the data analysis of the statistical documents.Over ten years' reform and development,the situation that the infrastructure investment in China relies on the central government finance has been broken.Central government investment has been replaced by local government investment as the main force on the infrastructure construction.Domestic loans,bonds,foreign investment,fundraising and others have become more important capital sources than budget allotment.But the infrastructure construction model hasn't been changed,i.e. state-owned investment is still the mainbody in the infrastructure input.As a result,it is necessary to introduce private capital to infrastructure industry.
