| Abstract: | Bid decision influences the existence and development of a construction enterprise. Bid decision for construction project needs many supporting information resources and the decision model is the main frame of the computer aided bid decision system. The decision model determines the management method of information resources, so it is the basis for studying and developing this kind of system. The program of bid decision is analyzed, and the decision model for bid decisions is studied. An application of the proposed model in computer aided construction bid of the Three Gorges Project is given at the end. |
