| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆流通领域的服务直接影响图书馆资源的利用率和图书馆职能的充分发挥。阐述了做好图书馆流通领域的服务工作的3个要点：一是树立正确的服务观念和良好的服务态度,二是规范图书馆员的礼貌礼仪,三是提高馆员自身素质及专业能力。

| Abstract: | The circulation service of university library has direct influence on the utilization ratio of library's holdings and the full play to library's function.This paper expounds three emphases of doing well library's circulation service:the first is to establish the right service concept and good service attitude,the second is to normalize the courtesy and propriety of the librarians and the third is to improve the self-quality and professional ability of the librarians. |
