摘    要:用Zn粉和Te粉为原材料,利用水热合成法在不同条件下合成出不同结构的ZnTe纳米材料。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对合成的ZnTe纳米材料进行了表征,研究了合成条件对纳米ZnTe结构的影响。结果表明,在无机NaOH溶液中易形成ZnTe纳米晶体颗粒,而在有机水合肼溶液中易形成非晶ZnTe纳米片或纳米线,非晶ZnTe纳米材料通过退火处理很容易地转化成晶体纳米材料。研究结果丰富了ZnTe纳米材料的合成知识。并为ZnTe纳米材料的应用研究奠定了基础。

Effects of Hydrothermal Synthesis Conditions on ZnTe Structure

Abstract:ZnTe nanomaterials with different structures were synthesized under different conditions by using hydro- thermal method, where Zn and Te powders were used as the source materials. The nanomaterials were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The effects of synthe- sis conditions on ZnTe nanostructures were studied. Results indicated that ZnTe crystalline nanoparticles wre formed easily in inorganic NaOH solution, while amorphous ZnTe nanosheets or nanowires were formed easily in or- ganic hydrazine solution which converted into crystalline structure by annealing. The research results enriched the knowledge about the synthesis of ZnTe nanomaterials and contributed to the application researches of ZnTe nanoma- terials.
