| Abstract: | The PVA radical formed by abstract of hydrogen atom from PVA by diphenyl-methanone at ultraviolet radiation could initiate MMA to polymerize. The graft ratioof MMA onto PVA are dependent on the reaction time, temperature and concentra-tions of MMA, diphenylmethanone and PVA. Graft copolymer was identified by IRand thermo-analytical methods, the results showed that the properties of resistanceto moisture and heat resistance of grafter are much better than PVA. |
