高校教务人员行为失范研究

高校教务人员是个特殊的群体,人们对教务人员这一工作缺乏正确的认识和评价,而教务人员是高校管理队伍中的一个重要组成部分,他们的失范行为会给日常教学管理带来消极的影响。为了了解高校教务人员行为失范状况,对福建省部分高校的教务人员进行抽样调查,调查研究福建省高校教务人员行为失范状况,探讨高校教务人员行为失范产生的原因、影响因素,提出调控对策,对提高高校教学管理水平及效果具有重要的指导意义。
