| 摘 要： | 为了开发信息系统实现省级范围内城镇基准地价成果的规范、集中管理与快捷查询应用.应用软件工程相关方法实现用户需求到软件功能的转换,设计关系数据模型实现多城市、多时点、多专题、多格式成果数据的集成,运用C#编程语言与AreEingine软件平台进行软件功能开发.开发完成了能够实现地价更新成果数据、图件和报表的一体化管理的系统软件,并提出了相应的应用制度建议.系统的建设与应用将有利于规范城市基准地价成果上报汇总,为基准地价更新成果查询、分析与调控应用提供有力的技术支持.
