摘    要:该文借鉴了企业培训中角色扮演的设计和指导方法,结合学生特点,对《推销谈判》课程中角色扮演教学法的应用进行了尝试和创新。以“练习薄采购”的案例为背景设计了角色扮演的脚本,探讨了课堂组织、讨论和指导的具体方法。

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of role - play in the college course of selling and negotiation, in which methods widely - used in the in - company training are taken and transformed to suit student' s knowledge and experience. It takes a real case - the purchase of exercise books as the background of role -play, discusses how to design scenarios and how to organize and coach students.
