| 摘 要： | 介绍了常用的几种基因转移方法及其在畜牧业上的应用,说明基因工程技术已成为家畜育种方法发展的方向.基因转移的方法很多,但目前在家畜上成功应用的却很少.由于这种方法对畜牧业意义深远,通过不断研究,它必将在实践中广泛应用.

| Abstract: | Several methods for gene transfer and their application to animal husbandry were introduced in this article. The aim was told that the gene-engineering technology had been the developmental dirrection of the methods for domestic animal breeding. Though there are many methods for gene transfer, a few of them can be successfully applied to animal husbandry at present. Because the method had a profound and lasting significance to animal shusbandry, and would be widely used in practice through our constant researches. |
