一种改进的PWM整流器空间矢量控制算法

摘    要:提出了一种改进的SVPWM算法:简化了矢量扇区计算、各扇区矢量转换顺序,给出了各相桥臂开关管在不同扇区的导通时间分配,使得算法更易实现.在基于Saber-Designer的实验平台上做了仿真实验,结果表明:当系统进入稳态时,用这种改进的算法调制的直流侧电压波形波动较用正弦脉宽调制时明显减小;用这种改进的空间矢量控制算法调制的交流侧电流基本为正弦波,而用正弦脉宽调制时交流侧电流畸变则比较严重;不带死区时,用这种改进的算法调制,交流侧电流的谐波含量仅为2.348%,而用正弦脉宽调制时其谐波含量为3.229%,带死区时,用正弦脉宽调制的电流谐波含量为4.617%,而用改进的空间矢量控制算法调制的电流谐波含量为3.457%.可见,用这种改进的算法电流谐波小,电压波动小,实现简单,易于数字化,因此具有一定的工程应用价值.

Abstract:The space sector counting, the ranking of the space vectors in certain sector and the working time of the switching tubes in each leg of an ameliorative control algorithm of SVPWM, were presented in the paper. A lot of experiments was done by the simulating platform based on the software of SaberDesigner. The experimental results are: (1) the wave-motion of DC voltage wave modulated by the ameliorative control algorithm was much smaller than the one modulated by sin-pulse width; (2) with the modulation of ameliorative control algorithm the wave distortion of AC current was much smaller than the one modulated by sin-pulse width; (3) the harmonic content of the AC current modulated by the ameliorative control algorithm was 2.348?%, without dead-band, while the one modulated by sin-pulse width was 3.229?%; (4) the harmonic content modulated by the former was 3.457?%, with the dead-band, while the one modulated by the latter was 4.617?%. This ameliorative control algorithm due to its small distortion, little wave-motion and light harmonic content could be easily realized and transformed into digital signal.
