石墨泡沫内流动与传热的数值分析

摘    要:通过对石墨泡沫材料内部微几何结构的分析,建立了流动和导热的数值分析模型.计算并分析了材料孔隙内压力梯度与流速的关系,证明了孔内压力梯度与流速的二次方关系,渗透率的计算结果与相关文献的理论分析和实验结果吻合较好.研究了在有流体通过孔隙并与孔壁有对流换热的情况下,流速和孔隙率对石墨泡沫材料容积导热系数的影响.

Abstract:Graphite foam is a new type of material which possesses good thermal properties such as low density,high thermal conductivity,and high specific surface area.Based on the micro-structure of graphite foam,models are designed to analyze flow and heat transfer quantitatively.The relationship between the inner pressure gradient and flow velocity is discussed,and shown to be a quadratic relationship.The calculated permeability results are consistent with the theoretical and experimental results found by some othe...
