| 摘 要： | 本文讨论明线同杆各载波发送电平由+2N 改为+17dB 时,各种杂音的变化,及电平变至何时,某路的总杂音为最少。同理讨论电缆载波发送电平由 N 改为 dB 时(预斜量不变),各杂音的变化,及电平变至何时,某路的总杂音最少。

| Abstract: | First,this paper is to discuss,when the transmission levels of the open wire carrier systems at the same pole are changed from +2N to +17dB,how each noise is changed;and how the levels are changed when the total noises are min- imum. Similarly,this paper is to discuss when the transmission levels of the cable carrier systems are changed from N to dB (unchanged pre-emphasis),how each noise is changed;and how the levels are changed when the total noises are min- imum. |
