摘    要:简单评述了压蒸养护水泥固结球团工艺的优点,阐述了压蒸养护水泥固结球团工艺的热力学和动力学原理,并通过实验研究了压蒸釜压力(或与压力对应的温度)、压蒸养护时间对水泥固结球团的抗压强度、转鼓指数、低温还原粉化性、荷重软化性等方面的影响,并与一般的自然养护水泥固结球团作了对比,说明用压蒸养护法生产水泥固结球团的可行性和高效性。

Abstract:The paper comments on the merit of the technology of consolidate cement spheric agglomeration in high pressure steam and formulates its thermodynamics and dynamics principle. It also studies the effect of the pressure in high pressure kettle (or the temperature corresponding with pressure) and the time of maintenance in high pressure steam on its compression strength, index number of rotating drum, bloom of dexidation in low temperature and loading softening. Comparing with natural maintenance, the paper also declares its effectiveness and highly active-ness.
