| 摘 要： | 以三颗针提取小檗碱粗品的母液残渣为原料,对提取制备盐酸小檗胺的精品工艺进行了研究.实验证明以苯为提取溶剂,控制减压浓缩温度40～60℃,粗品小檗胺烘干温度39～48℃,pH约2.5时,按粗品量的3%加入活性炭脱色,重结晶处理2次,风干的盐酸小檗胺精品含量＞95%.

| Abstract: | The techniques of extracting refined berbamine hydrochloride from the dregs of mother liquor extracted rough berberine from sankezhen are studied. The key technical parameters are proposed. The content of refined berbamine hydrochloride is > 95%. |
