摘    要:试验表明,以单排栓钉连接的钢-混凝土组合梁在竖向荷载的作用下混凝土翼板易发生沿梁长方向的纵向开裂.根据8根连续组合梁的试验研究结果及有关资料,分析了组合梁混凝土板纵向开裂的原因及影响因素,分别按照以混凝土板中栓钉剪力和混凝土横向应力的关系建立的计算模型以及混凝土板的受剪计算模型两种方法对连续组合梁的开裂荷载计算公式进行了推导,并分别和实测结果进行比较,进而给出了连续组合梁混凝土板纵向开裂的验算公式.

Abstract:It was shown during experiments that longitudinal cracking always exits in the steel concrete composite beams with single line studs. For this reason,the connect strength between steel beam and concrete flange would reduce greatly. Based on the experiment of eight continuous composite beams and some data related to it ,the reason and effect factor of longitudinal cracking of continuous composite beams was analyzed. Two calculating formulas of continuous composite beams longitudinal crack bending moment were gained by studying the relationship between vertical load and horizontal stress in concrete flange and the destroy model of concrete flange caused by shearing stress. On the base of analysis two check formulas used to examine longitudinal cracking during design were got.
