摘    要:采用TiO2溶胶,利用溶胶-凝胶技术在玻璃表面制备了TiO2薄膜.用原子力显微镜(AFM)分析了样品的形貌,结构和粒度的分布;用自动椭圆偏振测厚仪测量了薄膜的厚度.研究了TiO2颗粒的催化机理、薄膜上粒子的性能以及薄膜的光催化性能,130nm左右的TiO2薄膜对甲基橙溶液的降解率达到28.2%.

Abstract:The TiO2 film was prepared by sol-gel technology on a glass plate.Its microstructures,morphology and particle size of the sample were studied by an atom force microscope(AFM).Its thickness was measured by the elliptical polarized thickness meter.The catalytic principle of TiO2 particles and the particle size distribution of the thin film were studied.The test of photocatalysis which degrades the methyl orange solution by the nano TiO2 films shows that the TiO2 film of about 130 nm thickness can achieve the ...
