| 摘 要： | 耕地定级估价是深化农用土地制度改革的重要途径。文章分析了耕地资源定级估价的理论 ,并以来宾县良江镇作为实验区 ,在综合分析和科学计算的基础上 ,确定了耕地的级别 ,建立了耕地估价体系 ,对实现土地资源资产化管理具有重要的理论与实践意义

| Abstract: | Cultivated land gradation and evaluation has become the important way to deepen the reform of agriculture land system today.We analyzed the theory of cultivated land gradation and evaluation ,taking Liangjiang town in Laibin county as an experimental district, established the evaluation system of cultivated land by comprehensive analysis and scientific calculation,which is significant in theory and application for Land resources captitalixation management for Land resource captitalization management. |
