| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Die Carotinoide der GarneleBetaeus harfordi bestehen zu über 93% aus Astaxanthin und seinen Estern. Die tiefblaue äusserliche Farbe wird durch ein Chromoproteid mit unverestertem Astaxanthin gebildet.
