| 摘 要： | 采用国产Ｄ－７２型强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化剂，进行了以乙醇和叔丁醇为原料，在常压液相下合成乙基叔丁基醚（ＥＴＢＥ）的醚化反应动力学研究．考虑在实验条件下，因叔丁醇分解为水和异丁烯而引起的体积减少以及水在催化剂上的吸附阻碍效应等影响因素，建立了该过程的反应动力学模型．模型与实验结果吻合得较好．

| Abstract: | Kinetics of the synthesizing ethyl tert butyl ether from ethanol and tert butyl alcohol are studied by using strong acid cation exchange resin D 72 in the H form in the liquid phase under atmospheric pressure. A Kinetics model was obtained. This model considered the decrease of volume by the dehydration of TBA and the adsorption inhibitor effect of water on catalyst. The experimental results agreed with the model analyses . |
