超临界直流锅炉蒸发受热面动态过程特性

摘    要:建立了两相受热管动态特性基本方程,在此基础上,进行二次建模,得到了能够直接求解的方程形式.求解过程中,在管段出口压力、出口流量及超临界压力下水与蒸气相变点的确定等问题上提出了新的处理方法.应用所建模型,对600 MW 超临界直流锅炉水冷壁在3 种典型工况下的动态特性进行了计算,得到了该直流锅炉在各种扰动下的响应曲线,分析了直流锅炉在不同工况下响应曲线的差异,并进一步讨论了水冷壁对各种扰动的敏感性.所得结果对进一步研究直流锅炉全工况动态仿真具有一定的参考意义.

Abstract:Anonlineardynamic modeloftwo phaseflow is presented forsimulating the behavior ofsu percriticalpressure once through boilers. Using this model,the dynamic characteristic of a 600 MW boiler is analyzed under three typical working conditions. In numerical solution , output pressure changed with disturbanceis considered ,analytic solution of flow is used,new method for division of water and vapor undersupercriticalpressureis presented .The resultsshow thatstep responses ofboil erare different under various working conditions. The parameters show different sensitivity to four kinds of disturbances.
