| 摘 要： | 某办公楼桩基础混凝土由于施工原因形成废桩,介绍如何利用桩土共同作用,利用原有废桩,并与原有地下室底板共同作用承担上部荷载。实践表明该方法具有安全可靠、施工方便、经济性好等特点。
